Welcome to Scrimgr

Scrimgr helps coaches connect for private scrimmages—quickly and respectfully. Be professional on and off the field with fellow coaches, players, and referees.

Basics

How It Works

  1. Create your team. Enter coach, team, age group, level, gender, and location. Toggle Open for Scrimmage to show or hide your team in Search.
  2. Find opponents. In Search, pick your state (required), then refine by age, level, and gender.
  3. Send a request. Choose which of your teams is scrimmaging, add an optional note, and include your phone number (required) so they can reach you after acceptance.
  4. They accept or decline. When a coach accepts, both of your phone numbers are shared so you can text/call to finalize details.
  5. Track it. Use the Requests tab to see incoming and sent requests and their status.

Tip: Turn off Open for Scrimmage anytime you don’t want to appear in Search.

Privacy

Requests & Phone Sharing

  • Incoming requests appear under Requests → Incoming. Accept to share your phone; decline if it’s not a fit.
  • Sent requests appear under Requests → Sent. You’ll see the status update in real time.
  • Phone numbers are only exchanged after acceptance, keeping contact info private until both sides agree.
Levels

Team Level FAQ

Because leagues and divisions vary by state, choose a general competitive level (e.g., Platinum, Gold, etc.) that matches where you’d slot into a state-level tournament. If your exact league isn’t listed, pick Other and type it in (accuracy helps everyone find better matches).

Etiquette

Safety & Respect

  • Be honest about roster and level.
  • Respond promptly; cancel with courtesy.
  • Respect players, coaches, and referees at all times.
  • Keep phone numbers private—Scrimgr only shares them after acceptance.
